For trucking & delivery side, we have integrated with BSMART’s GPS System (By BSMART Technology Sdn. Bhd.) for tracking truck location, and Nationwide Express for delivery status update.

Logistics and warehousing solutions

Logistics solution assists to coordinate all stages of order management and delivery of products. Meanwhile, a warehousing solution tracks all inventories of materials or finished products in a warehouse.

Thus, the use of logistics and warehousing solutions enhances the visibility of the status of all shipments of products or inventories within the warehouse, and digitalise the generation of documents such as air waybills, invoices, payment vouchers, and shipment analysis reports. This allows for better management of shipments, thus ensuring the prompt delivery of containers for customers.

Our logistics and warehousing solution comprise the following modules:

Air freight module

 

This module is used for management of products transported by air. This module has the following functions:

 

1.   Shipment arrangement, monitoring and tracking;

2.   Automated generation of quotations, invoices, and payment vouchers;

3.   Automated generation of profit sharing settlements;

4.   Generation of profit and loss statements for each shipment.

Sea freight and forwarding module

This module is used for management of shipments via sea. Among the functions offered in this module are:

1.   Container movement monitoring and tracking;

2.   Automated generation of quotations, sea waybills, container tally sheets, bills of lading, invoices, and payment vouchers;

3.   Tracking of standard operation procedures;

4.   Generation of shipment analysis reports;

5.   Generation of profit and loss statements for each shipment.

Transport module

This module is used for management of products transported via truck or rail. The module can also be integrated with third-party GPS tracking systems to monitor the location of trucks on a real-time basis. This module may be used in conjunction with the air freight or sea freight modules, as the freight forwarder may need to arrange for trucks to transport the cargo from the airport or seaport to its end destination, such as a warehouse. 

Among the functions offered in this module are:

1.   Monitoring of maintenance activities for trucks;

2.   Management of driver schedules;

3.   Tracking of delivery operations;

4.   Automated generation of quotations, invoices, and payment vouchers;

5.   Generation of analysis reports;
